Artisan Bread Recipe Stand Mixer

Unlike all of my other yeast bread recipes, this gluten free artisan bread does not have to be made in a stand mixer. Then in a stand mixer (or by hand) add in the water.

Artisan bread recipe stand mixer. Here are the basic steps for baking bread in a dutch oven. Punch the dough down and hand knead it for about 30 seconds. Cool to lukewarm (less than 110 degrees f).

Mix on speed 1 for 10 minutes, using the paddle attachment. To this mixture add the salt, oil, honey, eggs, and 3 cups of the flour. Depending upon the brand of flour you use, you may need a little less or a little more water.

576g bread flour, 144g rye flour, and 14g fine salt. So start with about 3/4’s of the water adding. Shape it into a ball and place it in a bread.
